Debit Card Dispute Steps

Please remember we must have member documentation.

First Step:

Member contacts the merchant.

Member relays to the merchant the items disputed.

Merchant has 10 days to make a resolution. If member is not satisfied with outcome contact CU to file dispute.

Step Two:

Complete a debit card dispute form & return to the Credit Union

All items on dispute form are needed to file with MasterCard.

Fraud If The Dispute Matches Items Below:

Member does not have possession of their card.

Member has never used this merchant.

Did you allow anyone other than yourself to use your debit card?

If the item is fraud call the Credit Union to have your card blocked, and order a new one.

We will also need a completed dispute form for fraud to move forward.
